Returns & Refunds policy
Return Period
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Unused and in its original condition.
Returned in its original packaging.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
After we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to let you know if your refund has been approved or denied. Within a certain amount of days, the refund will be processed and paid to the original payment method if it is authorized.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as processing delays may occur.
Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing time before posting.

Sale Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at chosengoalkeeping.com.
Return Shipping
To expedite processing, include a note with:
Your order ID number
Your request type (Refund or Replacement) and the desired size (if applicable)
Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Every order placed with CHOSEN Goalkeeping is insured through Shippo, which provides coverage for loss, damage, or theft during transit. This ensures that your purchase is protected until it reaches you. In the event of an issue, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the insurance claim process.
Additionally, every order includes a prepaid return label. If you qualify for a return due to receiving a damaged or defective product, you can use this label to send the item back at no extra cost. Please reach out to us to confirm your eligibility for a return before sending the item back.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
